<p>Is your business in trouble due to the Corona crisis? Submit your 'survival challenge' and get matched to a team of entrepreneurial students who will help you out!</p>
<p>The Corona crisis is significantly slowing down the economy, probably for months to come. Due to this, many businesses might be in serious trouble. If this is also the case for your business, you might want to find new ways of doing business. Or maybe you first need to find out what measures to take to survive the&nbsp;coming period.</p>
<p>If you need some help with this feel free to submit a 'survival challenge'. We will try to match you with one or more entrepreneurship and/or business students who will try to help you out.</p>
<p>Some examples of Survival Challenges could be:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Help us to get our financial numbers straight.</li>
  <li>Help us to find ways to do more business online.</li>
  <li>Help us to cut costs.</li>
  <li>Help us to find new ways of making money.</li>
  <li>Help us to make use of the governmental support.</li>

  <li><strong>April 6</strong>: Sharing the challenges with the teams. They may contact the contact persons of the challenge companies directly to discuss the challenge, ask questions, and see if there is a 'match'.</li>
  <li><strong>April 7</strong>: Teams hand in a selection of challenges including a brief motivation why they want to solve this challenge. The companies receive an overview of the teams that have chosen their challenge.</li>
  <li><strong>April 8</strong>: The companies indicate their preference regarding the team(s) they want to work with.</li>
  <li><strong>April 13:</strong> Our matching algorithm will create perfect matches. Matches are shared with the teams and companies.</li>

<p>Let talented master students from the Business Development and Entrepreneurship program help boost your company's entrepreneurial capabilities. Covid-19 and the current competitive landscape requires that large and medium-sized organizations become more flexible, adaptive, and explore alternative (digital) business models. This commonly necessitates a more lean organization, creativity, experimentation, and collaborations with different parties. In the Intrapreneurship course (intrapreneurship = entrepreneurship within existing organizations) of the Business Development and Entrepreneurship Master, students help organizations to achieve such goals and provide host organizations with new insights, perspectives, and tools/frameworks. These insights are developed based on a combination of in-depth research within the host organization and the state-of-the-art in the academic literature.</p>

<p>For-profit, non-profit, and governmental institutions can submit a challenge. Smaller organizations (&gt; 25 employees) can also submit a challenge provided that these are high growth organizations.</p>
<h1>Costs</h1>
<p>To help facilitate this challenge a small fee of €500,- (ex tax) per team applies. PLEASE NOTE: You will only be charged when matched to a team.</p>
<p>Organizations are expected to appoint a key contact person that invests between 4-6 hours (e.g., joining the online kick-off, final presentations, providing information, answering questions). In addition, most assignments require students to collect data at the organization. Depending on the type of data (e.g., interview data, focus groups, quantitative data) the time investment of other organizational members might vary. Typically, the data collection requires a time investment between 6-10 hours in total.</p>

<p>Let talented MBA students from Nyenrode Business University solve your business challenges (in June-July). Get practical consulting-like recommendations based on relevant and theoretically supported concepts, tools and frameworks that are taught in the MBA program.</p>
<p>This ‘Company Project’ is the last phase of the Full-time MBA program. Students will be working in pairs and will work 8 weeks on solving the challenge. In total they will work on average 200 hours on this challenge.</p>
<h1><strong>Challenge topics</strong></h1>
<p>Although the topics should be related to the “Business Administration” domain, the challenge can be related to strategy, information and communication technology, finance/accounting, HR, operations and supply chain, and marketing.</p>

<p>All students are recruited, screened and successfully passed the selection rounds of Nyenrode’s admission and intake procedure. Some characteristics of the students:</p>
